Fuselage assembly

Some pictures were taken when building the 1st version of this plane. The new version has been improved and totally redrawn but the assembly principle remains the same.

To glue the parts together you can use either special foam CA glue (not the standard one or everything will melt) or standard wood glue. It works as well as the CA, but it takes longer to cure.
The battery case is accessible from the bottom of the plane. 8 KAN 950 cells will fit or even 8 R6 cells. If you plan to use other battery packs, you may have to modify it.

Trimming the window is not a good idea (this was the prototype). It makes everything more difficult and weakens the airframe.
On the other hand the rear window (the circular one) can be trimmed and left open. It will improve cooling of the inside.

The tricky part comes when you want to glue the engine wall on the plane. Using a few clips and tape to hold everything in place, it is quite easy anyway.
