Pretty cool construction, much "cleaner" than mine, but I am a bit affraid how heavy is it goona to be. You write you used plywood instead of balsa? I cant believe that.

Btw, today I finished sheeting with balsa, tomorow starting with something simillar to oracover, hope I will have done everything except engines very shortly. I am not looking forward to building engines, it will be long and a bit boring jo

Hello my friend... Actually, my first intention was to build this baby. I wanted it rock solid and strong, so I have chosen to use plywood instead of balsa. (and also it's hard to find good balsa in the UK.) Light plywood cost me cheaper and I get all pieces CNC cut.
and later on, I thought to myself, "I have spent some much effort and this baby definitely deserves flying". maybe better motor, better Speed Controller, better Lipo will give enough power to lift off my airbus.

Could you publish some pictures? I'm almost done with the fuselage. I will send some more pics soon. Now I'm dealing with the servos and push rods...

at the beginning my model was also dirty as well... grains, glue marks and stains... A little sanding will solve the problem. hence, it's not beauty contest anyway. As long as you follow the rules and finish the covering nicely, you're good!

here are two pics from my project - the first one from summer when I was working on our cottage and second one from yesterday.

My A320 is a litle bit modifed. I decided to make wings removable, because I am going to transport it in car. So the wings are attached to the center part, but the center part is not fixed to fuselage permanently, but it is screwed on four points with 5mm screws. I think it is very masive, it holds perfectly.

My second mod are lights - I made strobe lights into wings (white flashing light) and position lights (red on left, green on right. On the tail (next to APU exhaust), there is one white strobe. And the last two lights are beacono lights (red flashing) on the bottom and on the top of fuselage.
